Once again I’m interrupting my writing to bring you more eyecandy pics. @julietoon-ts2 just converted this suit for the NuAM shape, and man, does Kaito fill it out nicely! I couldn’t bring myself to choose one or the other, so I decided to have him model both. Besides, as @esotheria-sims said to me recently, who’s to say a dude can’t have multiple colors of the same outfit if it looks smokin’ hot on him?
In the game, the suit texture bleeds onto the right thumb, but I’ve already contacted Julie about it. In the meantime, it wasn’t anything a little photoshopping couldn’t fix. :)
ZZ Top was right about the appeal of dark suits on guys, to be sure.

This is what I've been doing for the better part of two days. Maybe now I can finally get back to writing like I've been meaning to do… I haven't edited hair like this in about two years and had nearly forgotten how much hard work it is. The editing I did isn't perfect by any means, but then nobody's hair is after doing the do and nothing whatsoever to do with being out of practice. I also tried my hand at drawing blanket folds for the first time. I don't know how realistic they look, but at least I can say I tried thanks to @vampireacademysims' tutorial. And yes, this was a little inspired by this post of hers.
On a somewhat related note, I find it weird that with wedding rings in this game, there's more clipping with DiamondEyes' smooth hands than with regular hands. You'd think there would be less.
Because I’m too much of a perfectionist for my own good, I couldn’t let it go. I wasn’t happy with how the blanket folds or the hair looked, so I had another go at it. This time I used the blur tool to tone down the starkness of the folds.

I’ve updated my latest posebox so that pose 2 of the sofa poses now looks like this. The previous version had the right hand clipping with the leg and I could not fix it no matter what I tried. I’ve also updated the reference pics.
NuAM underwear update
I’ve updated my NuAM underwear textures to work with @julietoon-ts2′s mesh. Re-download if you want them with morphs!
I just lifted the culinary restriction in my apocalypse game, which means that I can have kitchen clutter again, yay! I’ve used these decorative plates and bowls by Feenwald in my game for a long time and really wanted them to match my dish defaults (which is where I got the textures). I started out with the Jet recolor shown above, and then realized kitchen clutter fiends like myself might get some use out of it if I recolored it in the rest of CuriousB’s colors. The master mesh as well as the stackable plate and bowl meshes are included, and have been recategorized to show up in the Appliances/Misc section of the buy catalogue. Everything is compressed. Swatch.
